A neighborhood shop with a soul
Beluga Boutique opened its doors in fall 2023 on rue Jenny Lepreux in Bordeaux. For Célia and Jon, the store presented something they’d been dreaming about for years - a vision that finally materialized when they left Paris with their two children to come home.
Their ambition went beyond simply opening another retail space. They wanted to create a genuine neighborhood gathering spot, the kind of place where people naturally slow down, strike up conversations, and discover objects that feel meaningful rather than mass-produced.
The physical store proved successful enough that Beluga Boutique expanded online, bringing their carefully curated selection to customers beyond Bordeaux. Their digital catalog features distinctive home decor, thoughtful accessories, and beautiful stationery – each item chosen to help people either give exceptional gifts or treat themselves to something special.
