Instructions

The steps below show you how to connect Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builder with Qikify Upsell BOGO & Free Gift to create a mystery box as free gift when customers buy products. Since every store is different, you may want to tweak the setup to match your goals.

Step 1: Open your Mysbox dashboard

From your Shopify admin, open Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builder app to access the main dashboard.

If you haven’t installed it yet, install Mysbox ‑ Mystery Box Builder from the Shopify App Store first.

Step 2: Set up your mystery box

In Mysbox dashboard, go to Manage boxes from the left menu. Then select Set up new box

Adjust your box settings, including adding a mystery box that’s linked to specific mystery prizes.

Configure your reward details and click Save when finished.

Step 3: Download Upsell & Free Gift app to reward customers with free mystery boxes for every purchases

To enable Free Gift option for your mystery box, download Qikify Upsell BOGO & Free Gift from the Shopify App Store.

Step 4: Set up Gift with product campaign using mystery box

Go to Qikify Upsell BOGO & Free Gift from your Shopify admin

Click Manage promotions, scroll down and find Gift with product campaign, then choose Create.

In the Setting page, adjust your campaign. At the Customer gets box, browse the mystery box you just created

After you finish, click Save offer

Step 5: Check if the offer is working

After successful setup, you should be able to reward your customers with a mystery box when they buy a product or add a product to cart.
